During the Cell-ID Battery Saving mode iTraq+ is using Cell-ID technology that typically provides the location accuracy within 200 meter radius. The accuracy depends on the number of cell towers in the area and their locations. In the GPS mode iTraq+ will report its location within few meters, using satellite data.
